Course Overview

This course is intended to introduce delegates to the concept of legal compliance monitoring and
reconciliation at the same time taking them through the challenges that all companies face in
undertaking business both domestically and internationally in this specific area. Amongst other
key challenges, for example, is that of managing effective relationships between stakeholders and
regulators and working on organizational structures to embrace this concept. These areas have
become crucial particularly in this 21st Century and as such they are discussed in detail in this
course hence helping delegates consider how to deal with these areas in their various domains.
In the training workshop, we take time to strategize and establish tactics for effectively
embracing and implementing the concepts of compliance monitoring and reconciliation. The
