This ITC course in Strategy and Strategic Planning will enable the participant to make a major contribution to creating tomorrow’s organization today.  Strategy and strategic planning are the vital activities that enable all critical position holders to anticipate major change in the structure and potential of their business and make a significant personal contribution to the processes of business development.

The training course in Strategy and Strategic Planning will utilize a variety of proven face to face learning techniques to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension and retention of  information.

ITC facilitators use highly participative approach of training; with brief lectures, review of practical world experience on issues to be covered. Group discussion, case studies and role play by delegates (hands on) will be employed highly to enhance participants’ competence and understanding.

A certificate of completion will be awarded as recognition of accomplishments, skills and knowledge gained from the training by the participant
